About Gracie

Hi! I am a student at Georgia Tech looking for a summer nannying position. I would prefer a day time schedule but am flexible depending on when parents work/can be home. My base rate is $25/hour, but they differ slightly based on how many children, the responsibilities included, and the distance from midtown. I love being the "fun" babysitter and finding activities that get the kids excited for me to come over. I have some experience with children with special needs through my church and am a mentor for a program at GT called EXCEL. Seeing kids grow up and getting to see their accomplishments brings me so much joy. I can adapt to any discipline style based on what parents want, but I do think it is important to be kind, firm, and set expectations clearly. I always try to mix in something creative to the kid's routine, I've found that it makes a difference when the kids are engaged and having fun. I can't wait to meet you and your family!
