About Grace

Growing up with a mom who holds dual master's degrees in early childhood education and speech-language pathology, I developed a passion for working with children early on. My experience includes working with children with disabilities, teaching gymnastics, and caring for kids of all ages, from infants to teens. Although I majored in sustainability, my love for early childhood development led me to take several related courses and continue learning in that area. I currently work full-time as a consultant but keep my Care. com profile open in case I find a family that feels like the right fit. I connect most with families who approach parenting with empathy and intention, modeling emotional regulation, listening to their child's needs, and making space for creativity and imagination.
