Grace came to my home about 30 hours a week to help with 18 month and 2 year old. Grace is extremely great at communicating timely and effectively. From our first correspondence, she was professional and easy to work with. She is a very patient and kind caregiver. She spends hours just engaging with my children, talking about anything with them while I work from home. She is great at getting my daughter on an eat/play/sleep schedule and was critical in nap time training. Grace is very in tune with age appropriate activities and developmental milestones. Grace is also a great help around the house. She helps without having to be asked. She has been an incredible extension of myself and my husband. Any family would be lucky to work with her!
