About Gracen

Hi! My name is Gracen and I graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science along with over 4 years of professional experience working with children ages 4-12. I'm passionate about creating a positive, structured, and engaging environment where children feel supported and can thrive. I have experience with behavior management, planning age-appropriate activities, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. I strive to be patient, dependable, and communicative in every role. I am CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize safety and consistency. I'm currently transitioning into a full-time nanny role and am excited to provide more personalized, in-home support to a family. I am open to full-time positions, relocation, and live-in opportunities if needed. My start date would be around early June! I would love to connect and see if I could be a great fit for your family!
