Kat is above and beyond. Her pleasant smile, compassionate care, enthusiasms and love to kids makes her an exceptional nanny. She is nannying because she loves doing that and she really enjoys it. She doesn't nanny just for money. I remember We were talking to her during the interview and she lost tracking with us after my kiddo came close to her and she changed all of her attention naturally to him. You will tell nanny is in her blood. Our kiddo speech significantly improved after she started working for us. He loved her to a degree he would cry when she leaves. She always come up with idea and activities to help child development. She always give updates about how she spent the day with our kiddo. She is a wonderful trustworthy dependable humble patient and reliable nanny. I would definitely hire Kat again without any hesitation.
