I am also skilled at de-escalating stressful situations or redirecting attention when needed. I am capable of handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I provide regular updates via text or phone call and follow the family's preferred communication method. I have a high school degree. I am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
