About Grace

Hi! Nice to meet you :) My name is Grace, I'm 20 years old and I'm a college student. Although I haven't technically babysat before, I have worked at the Wheeler summer camp in Seekonk, MA as an archery instructor for 2 years now. I've worked with kids from the ages of 3-4 years old all the way up to 15 years old. When I wasn't teaching, I would be working with other counselors where I would watch the kids, play games with them, help them during lunch, help the little ones nap during naptime (they'd usually rather do cartwheels on their mat than nap so helping them relax is important), and offer emotional support if they ever needed it. This job has taught me to really have more patience and responsibility than I ever had before, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Im sure that the skills I learned being a counselor will absolutley carry on into being a babysitter and I'm more than willing to help out families who need me. I'm very excited to begin this process! :)
