About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace and I am a 25-year-old former preschool teacher. I am starting graduate school across the country in August and I am looking for a summer nannying job to help you and your family during the summer months! As a former Montessori Preschool teacher, I have hands on experience with educating children between the ages of 2-6 not only in language, math, and writing-but additionally in emotional regulation, daily manners, and problem solving. Through creating a nurturing and encouraging environment filled with positive reinforcement, I aided children in the development of empathy, independence, understanding their autonomy as people in the world. My future graduate degree will be focusing on children's librarianship. I hold a great passion for encouraging reading and literature as something exciting and powerful opposed to a chore.
