Grace is absolutely phenomenal!!! She watched our daughter for two years (ages 1-3) and was a wonderful caregiver. She was warm, compassionate, and held firm boundaries. They read so many stories and played so many games and had so many (local) adventures. She helped potty train our daughter. It’s been over a year since she watched our daughter regularly as her nanny, and my daughter still asks about her (literally, on a weekly basis). They formed such a lovely bond. Grace was also a dream to work with - she was respectful, reliable, responsible, and so full of integrity. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat!
