I have a brother who is non-verbal and completely ADL/IADL dependent with autism spectrum disorder and have 10+ years working with other individuals with disabilities across all spectrums (cognitive, developmental, learning, physical). I have worked as a PCA, Respite Care Provider, Long Term Supports and Services Coordinator, and Certified Skills Trainer.
