Hello! Currently, I work full time as an Assistant Teacher at a Montessori school in south Minneapolis with ages 3 to 6. I teach students empathy, teamwork and independence through daily Montessori and general pre-K activities. My daily duties also include preparing snack twice daily, restocking supplies, cleaning our classroom to maintain a healthy, safe environment. In this position, I have also led summer programming in which I prepared daily lesson plans with STEAM content appropriate for ages 3 to 7. In additional to my current professional work I have nannied and taught in a variety of other capacities: -Summer 2018: I nannied for ages 5 and 7 -Summer 2016: I taught at a arts camp for ages 3 to 7 -Summer 2015: I nannied for two boys, both elementary age -Academic year 2013-14: I nannied for a 2-year-old I am happy to provide a resume, letters of recommendation or references. Grace spent a summer as a nanny for our two kids and we absolutely adored her. I can't recommend Grace highly enough - she was wonderful and loving with the kids, punctual, reliable, responsive with communication, impeccably organized, and professional in her manner. She worked long hours each week with a smile on her face and a commitment to doing a high quality job the entire time she was with our family. Grace really struck the right balance of being in charge but also having fun with them. We were all so sad for the summer to end, but will continue to have Grace babysit for us! We know she will do a wonderful job for any family looking for childcare.
