About Grace

Hello! My name is Grace. I am a companion and end-of-life guide (death doula). With a heart-centered approach, I offer a grounded presence. I meet you where you and your family are. As a companion, I support those experiencing life's tender or uncertain moments. I offer traditional caregiving support (errands, rides, cleaning, cooking, etc.) as well as deep listening, humor, and friendship. I have been a caregiver for many years and was my father-in-law's live-in primary caregiver when he was diagnosed with FTD (frontal temporal dementia). As an end-of-life guide, I provide emotional/spiritual support in the dying process. My intention is to help you feel less alone during this delicate transition. This may include bedside presence, legacy projects, or vigil planning, etc. While families begin grieving/managing care, the dying often need someone who's in their corner. I aim to be that steady person. I believe every person deserves dignity, love, and connection.
