Grace messaged me that she could meet the care request I posted so, I hired her. Then she went silent and didn’t respond to any further communication. On the actual day that care was required I messaged her and there was still no response or any acknowledging of what was going on. This made me very VERY uncomfortable. Proceed with caution.
