About Grace

Hi, my name is Grace. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience helping people through life's challenges. My caregiving journey began when I helped care for my grandmother for four years before she passed away, assisting with grocery shopping, transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. More recently, I cared for my best friend's 92-year-old mother while her family traveled. I prepared meals, provided medication reminders, helped with daily routines, and spent time talking, watching television, and sharing stories. That experience reminded me how meaningful companionship can be. I offer companion care, transportation, errands, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and social outings. I am patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults. My goal is to help people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing families with peace of mind.
