I have always enjoyed working with individuals with disabilities. During college I studies special education along with human services. I have worked as a peer mentor for individuals enrolled in an inclusive higher education program at the University of Northern Colorado. I currently work as a Direct Support Professional working at an adult day center where I plan and lead a number of daily activities and outings into the community. I am passionate about creating access and equity for all.
