My brother suffered a traumatic brain injury decades ago so I am comfortable and familiar with the patience and steadiness required to care for people with special needs. Additionally I volunteer with children in extreme poverty and the homeless and this has helped expand my empathy for and understanding of people from all types of background. I already have a full time job so my availability is limited to weekends and evenings.
