About Grace

Hello! My name is Grace and I am excited to be pursuing a masters degree in social work at Stony Brook University's Manhattan Campus with a focus on educational equity and holistic family support. My passion lies in nurturing the growth of young people. I have extensive childcare experience, most recently working at a children and family advocacy nonprofit. In this role, I gained expertise in individualizing support for kids with varying backgrounds, ages, social and emotional needs, neurodivergence, and identities. I also have experience working as a camp counselor, overnight camp counselor, longterm tutor, and babysitter. I am currently available for part-time babysitting jobs, with limited availability Monday through Wednesday, (Classes Mon/Wed evenings, internship Tues/Wed 9-5). I am happy to work early mornings and late evenings.
