Gloria has been with us since our baby was a newborn and has been nothing short of amazing. She’s treated our daughter and us like family from day one. She is incredibly reliable and responsive, always on time or early and checks in throughout the day with pictures. She has been very flexible with our work schedules and even willing to make last minute changes when our schedule changes. She is also incredibly patient as our baby was very fussy with reflux in the beginning and worked her magic when our baby went through bottle refusal as well, even was willing to come in on a day off when the baby wouldn’t take a bottle from my husband. She also has loved our pets as her own as well and has even offered to pet sit for us when we’re out of town. We would not have survived our first year of being new parents without her!
