I have over 25 years of experience with newborns, infant, toddlers, twins and school-aged children. I describe myself as a loving, responsible and caring person. I like walking to parks, performing daily activities with other children and parents will always be well informed before I make any decisions, so they can always count on me when they need me. I have my First Aid and CPR certification and I am also a certified newborn care specialist. I drive very carefully and I have never had an accident while driving because a child's safety is very important to me. I truly love what I do and I am excited to start a new journey with a new family.

She cared for my two boys (infant and toddler) as our full time nanny. She was extremely reliable, warm, and experienced. I always felt confident in her ability to care for my children and would recommend her to anyone looking for childcare!

Any family with young children would be so lucky to have Yolanda! She's a career nanny with 20+ years of experience that came highly recommended to us by all of her previous families. She's very caring, loving and energetic and made my transition back to work so much easier. My son would get so excited when she walked through the door in the morning. Yolanda kept my son very active, organized playdates, did laundry, prepared nutritious meals, and kept the house very tidy. She's a newborn care specialist, so is very knowledgeable on milestones. She speaks both Spanish and English, has her own car/transportation, and is CPR and First Aid certified.

Yolanda has been the epitome of what you’d expect for great childcare. She has been extremely kind, gentle, consistent, and responsive with our son. When she first started she got him on a schedule and stuck to it. She gave structure to his days and he has thrived on both that and her care. I could leave the house for work and have complete peace of mind that he was in good hands and he always was. She was thoughtful with our pets as well and always made sure to let them outside if they needed to go. My house has never been in more perfect order because of her help, too. She’ll be missed so much. She’s a wealth of knowledge and kindness with so much experience which as new parents- we needed and appreciated. 

She was our nanny for 1.5 years and took excellent care of our two young boys. With two working parents, we needed someone  who could be in charge while we were at work. She's loving, reliable, fun and can be trusted to take the best care of your children. She is an experienced caregiver who needs little instruction and takes it upon herself to be helpful in any way she can. Any family would be lucky to have her!

Gladys has been with our family taking care of our 3 kids, 9, 6, 3 for the past year and has been a great addition to our family.  She is on time, dependable, responsible, and a great multi tasker.  A very patient person who handles the kids different personalities and creates a sense of order. Gladys has a lot of energy playing with the kids .  For example, she was just on the trampoline with them and was playing baseball with my son.  She does light house work, meal preparation, and drives the kids to activities.  She also did shopping and ran errands when the kids were at school.   We are sad that we can't keep her this summer since our plans have changed and can't say enough good things. Yolanda is an amazing babysitter. I've known her for 2 years and she's care for both of your boys (1 and 3 year old). She's reliable, knowledgeable, very responsive when you contact her. She's respectful, trustworthy  and kind. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Yolanda babysat my son when he was young and was reliable and very attentive. I would highly recommend her to watch any child any age. She drove my son around and entertained him and eventually helped me find my permanent nanny. She is an incredibly sweet lady. Definitely would have no doubts to hire her in any position.

We have had the pleasure of having Yolanda as our Nanny for the last two and a half years. She started with us when my daughter was 2 1/2 and my son was a newborn. She has become an integral part of our family and our children absolutely adore her (and we do too!). When my son was a newborn she assisted me with all feedings, getting him on a nap schedule and eventually a feeding schedule when he started solid foods. Now that my kids are a bit older (5 and 2) she takes them out during the day, driving them to and from school, to the library etc. She has also potty trained both of my children!! Yolanda is a very hands on caretaker and gives her undivided attention to the children, playing with them, comforting them if they are upset and loving them as if they were her own. Every day I leave the house I have piece of mind knowing my children are in the best hands. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Yolanda is and any family would be extremely lucky to have her!

Yolanda is an experienced, intuitive, reliable and loving nanny and babysitter. She has been watching our kids for about two years several times a week and has learned how our children work and how the respond best to situations. I can trust her to keep the kids in check and follow rules I put in place as well as keep my house guidelines in check while we are out.  She also plays with them, reads books to them and makes them feels safe and comfortable. Our kids are safe, clean and happy - and that's what matters the most.

Yolanda was with my family since my twins were 1 month old til about 7 years old. She is extremely caring, kind, and reliable.   

She is very good with infants, toddlers, and older children.  I should add she was calm and capable dealing with my preemie twins who came home on apnea monitors their first month.  She also is very comfortable with dogs (my poodles adore taking walks with her).  

She has helped the girls with homework, arranged wonderful outdoor activities for them, has taken them to all their after-school activities, and is readily available to work longer hours including weekends as needed.  

I travel 25% and have never had a problem getting her to cover my odd schedule when I travel (including almost 7 years of international travel with trips that could last a week).  She never just sits and watches TV ---- she wants the girls to be active and out and about (including to the township pool in the summer).  

She also teaches them how to be polite and responsible (a nice mirroring of our own teaching).

She has made my family  work  and I never felt a single twinge of fear when she was with my kids. I even kept her employed with us for a year after my husband lost his job because she was so vital to the functioning of my house (we let her go after his unemployment lasted for more than a year).

She has a driver s license.  She speaks wonderful English but also is open to speaking Spanish (at my request she has spoken Spanish to my daughters since they were infants and now they are fluent in Spanish).  

She also cooks for my kids, changes their sheets, does their laundry, and helps them pick up after themselves.  She also has been a lifesaver by doing errands for me (cleaners, grocery, getting the car serviced, etc).
