Gladis is very punctual and really love kids as parents we were looking for not just any nanny but someone who would pour into our baby and talk, smile and interact with him. Gladis definitely filled in that criteria and she was very accommodating. although there was a bit of a language barrier. a translator came a long way. we dint find it difficult at all to communicate with her. definitely recommend her for the job
