I currently work as a substitute teacher with elementary-aged children and have a professional background in leadership within tech companies. Creating a safe and positive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves is very important to me. I enjoy encouraging kindness, confidence, curiosity, and celebrating the little things children do well. Building positive relationships with kids is one of the things I enjoy most about working with children. I started working with kids during my teenage years and early college days as a babysitter. About a year ago, I began working in elementary schools as a substitute teacher, which has given me even more experience working with children in different environments and age groups. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring a mature, grounded, and dependable presence. Parents can feel comfortable knowing their children are with someone responsible who genuinely cares about their well-being and pays attention to their needs.
