Gizelle was very punctual with her time. She asked a lot of questions about our kids to make sure that she knew what was going on with them. She wanted to make sure that she was on the kids/family schedule which was nice. Some people start to do their own thing without being mindful of what is going on, and you know how things with kids are forever changing. We left everything ready for her like snacks and such for the kids. She did not leave any messes behind. She did was our dishes which was a nice touch. The kids enjoyed her. We think she has her degree in Child Development or Education, as she was very interested in doing learning activities with our toddler. She communicated clearly with us, and would reply back in a timely manner.
