I have been a Montessori teacher for nearly 30 years. I began my career at a small private school in New Jersey, teaching 3-6-year-olds. After eight years, I moved into the lower elementary (ages 6-9-year-olds) and later moved into upper elementary (9-11-year-olds). Teaching is in my DNA. I've never wanted to do anything else! Building relationships with children is my super power and I still keep in touch with many of my former students! They've gone on to attend and finish college, become a cardio thoracic surgeon, a public defender for the city of New York, an aspiring hip-hop artist, and so much more.
