About Ginger

I'd describe my personality as kind, goofy, and outgoing. As a Park Ranger I love working with kids because there is so much to learn from them! They always ask the best questions after programs that often stump me and help continue my own education. I'm looking for a job that has a routine and structure but also has a "go with the flow" feel to it. I want to be able to have fun as well as learn and connect! I started working with kids when I was 13, my first babysitting job in middle school. I babysat three kids for many years until the oldest child was old enough to manage his siblings. I also have worked in an elementary school as a paraprofessional. In my spare time, I like to read, craft, run, hike, cycle, and listen to music. One thing you should know about me is I love getting outside and exploring. I am also a structured person and feel secure when I have a set routine. My skills include communication, patience, interpreting and decision making/problem solving.
