About Katie

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, fun, and adventurous. I like working with kids because I had an amazing nanny growing up and created so many lasting memories with her. I would like to help kids build memories in the same way she did for me and my sister. I'm looking for a job that has a semi-consistent weekly schedule and flexibility with occasional days off when I am out of town. I started working with kids in middle school when I started babysitting a few days a week for a family friend. When I got my license I was able to start taking more consistent jobs. In my spare time, I like to golf, go to the lake/river, read, and hang out with friends! One thing you should know about me is I love to get out of the house and have fun! Also, unfortunately I get chronic migraines a few times a month, so there will be occasions where I will be late or will need the day off. My skills include planning fun activities to go to, arts and crafts, and resolving disagreements.
