About Me Hi! My name is Gina, and I am an Industrial and Operations Engineering student at the UM. I am a responsible, energetic, and patient caregiver who loves working with children. Coming from a background in engineering and robotics, I bring a fun, creative, and problem-solving mindset to babysitting. I am fully fluent in both English and Mandarin. Experience & Skills I have extensive experience mentoring and supervising youth. I served as a Mentor Teacher for RoboGym, where I guided, taught, and created a supportive, inclusive environment for children. Through my academic and project work, I have mastered strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills, ensuring your children will be in safe and capable hands. Whether it is helping with homework (especially math, science, or computer coding) or leading creative activities, I love keeping kids engaged.
