About Gina

I've been in the medical field for almost 20 years. I started as a CNA to later becoming an LVN working in a skilled nursing home, assisted living with 160 patients, Alzheimer unit, hospice, home health nurse and sub-acute department. I followed rehabilitation and treatment plans to accelerate patient recover, minimize pain, discomfort, infection, complications, and optimize patients outcome. Participated in the assessments, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. I am very passionate in giving quality care to improve their quality of life, especially assisting them in their daily lives/activities, administering medications. I cared for multiple patients including my mom who is 96 years old. I have made it my career to try and bring happiness and safety to individuals and comfort to those in need. It is a very challenging job, but it feels good being able to contribute into the field of Senior Care giving and being able to make a difference in their lives.
