Gianni and I both worked in Arlington- just next door for families who were friends. Hence I spent a good amount of time with her and the child she nannied because we did things together per request of the families. She was always on time and very flexible when she works. She never rushed to leave work when her time was up. She will always make sure that she gives a detailed account of their day before she left. She did everything from cooking healthy meals to bathing, laundry, doing play dates, taking field trips to DC and teaching her Spanish. I remember my boss once told me you have to see the basement and how she has organized her toys. I mean it was amazing - just perfection. To top it all she is an incredible mother and that reflects in her work because her motherly instincts just kicks in and she takes care of the kids like they were her own. On several occasions she went an extra mile to help the family with other chores. She is an AMAZING nanny and I highly recommend her.
