Gianna babysat our two kids (3yo & 1yo) for five evenings while we were in town for two weeks for a summer vacation, and we highly recommend her! She was communicative (she proactively reached out to us to confirm details), dependable (she arrived a few minutes early every day), caring (our kids took to her easily), and helpful (she went above and beyond with small but meaningful tasks like unloading the dishwasher, cleaning up the living room, etc. without us asking her). Overall, Gianna seems like a very sweet, hardworking, trustworthy, and caring caretaker and we were so happy to have gotten to work with her during our stay in Pittsburgh.
