Gianfranco was a very attentive and enthusiastic caregiver to my infant son. He speaks Spanish and English fluently which is really wonderful if you are interested in teaching or exposing your child to a second language. While babysitting, he read books to my son, engaged him when playing with toys, and took many walks and spent time at the playground. He changed diapers, gave him his bottles and helped with naps. Additionally Gian is a great communicator and was very professional about payment and weekly hours, keeping track of everything on a spreadsheet. One thing I really appreciated was reading the notes he wrote to summarize each each day that he worked with my son. It was great to read how the day went and what activities they did together. I highly recommend him!
