Hi, I'm Dalyza. I live in Condado and I'm currently looking for a part-time position with a family who could use some extra support. I have seven years of professional childcare experience- four years in daycare and preschool settings, and three years as a full-time in-home nanny. I'm reliable, organized, and trustworthy, and I really believe in meeting each child where they are. Every child has their own rhythm, needs, and personality, and I love adapting my approach so they feel understood and supported. I've worked with infants, toddlers, and children up to 12 years old. My goal with every family is to create a caring, comfortable environment where kids feel safe to explore, be creative, and build confidence in themselves. Dalyza is amazing. When we have issues that we don't know about as new parents, her experience has been invaluable. She has been the primary person to help achieve missed milestones from before she started working with us and meet upcoming ones early. Our infant has become a lot more social - and loves making sounds and trying to talk with Dalyza. Our infant was reluctant to start solids, and had a period of refusing the bottle and Dalyza focused on helping our infant relax while being offered the bottle and have fun with solids and is more effecting with feedings than us. In addition to all the positive improvements in development, our infant has been overall happy whenever they spend time together. We notice a lot of things that our infant does that Dalyza taught without being asked (our infant learned some signs before talking, getting down from a couch safely, many games and dances). We could not be more excited to continue working with Dalyza but wanted to write this review while our infant days are still fresh in our minds.
