About Gertrude

I currently work as a resident assistant at a Assisted Living Community. I help clients/ residents with their everyday needs and provides organizational support. I'm very passionate about what I do because all most all the seniors are depending on someone trustworthy to make sudden decisions and good judgments for them which they can't make anymore. This field requires someone with a compassionate heart, and understanding seniors at that stage. It very important to treat seniors with care and love just as you will treat a love one. They appreciate you even if they can't express it at that moment.
