I have raised 3 children of my own. I have also helped raise 2 grand children. One of which lives with me most of the time. I was a foster parent to 56 children over the course of 6 years. I quit the program because it was too hard giving up children I got close to. I am very pet friendly with 4 dogs, a 22-year-old cat (Lola), a hamster, 2 parakeets and 7 fish. Also, I am a non-smoker. I love children and they seem to love me back.

As she noted, she took care of my cat for 18 days - feeding and cleaning pans twice a day. Snowball is a bit of a finicky eater and has a sensitive stomach. He also craves attention from people, Gerri provided all the attention and care he needed. Snowball developed a fondness for her and her husband, who usually accompanied her. We generally take two vacations each year and I will definitely ask Gerri to take care of Snowball each time we travel.
