I have over two decades of experience as a mom and caring for the children of others. I believe in nurturing a child's natural curiosity and helping them learn and grow, mentally and physically. I believe children should be interacting with adults and playing physical games, not on their phone. I workout a lot and I know that physical exercise strengthens the mind as well as the body. I feel children should learn this from a young age through play. I am a great cook and will gladly prepare meals for the children under my care.
