About Georgie

Hi! I'm Georgie (they/them), an experienced and compassionate caregiver with several years of nannying experience, Montessori school experience, and a professional background supporting children and adolescents in behavioral health. As a parent of two, I understand the patience, flexibility, creativity, and humor childcare requires. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent children and value meeting each child where they are, respecting their communication styles and needs, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. I'm dependable, attentive, and energetic, and I enjoy balancing fun with structure and routines. My behavioral health background has made me especially comfortable with emotional regulation, de-escalation, positive reinforcement, and helping children navigate big feelings. Above all, I want parents to feel confident that their children are safe, cared for, and treated with patience, kindness, and respect.
