About Kayla

I'm a dedicated and experienced caregiver with a strong background working with children of all ages, including those with special needs. I currently work in a middle school as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support students with autism and other learning and behavioral challenges. This has helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of behaviors in a calm and supportive way. I also have several years of nannying experience and truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. I love getting kids involved in activities like going to parks, museums, outdoor play, and games that encourage creativity and learning. I'm reliable, attentive, and genuinely care about building strong connections with both children and families. My goal is always to make kids feel safe, supported, and happy while helping them grow and thrive.
