About Genia

I tutor teach and empower adult caregivers how to properly care for their loved ones, clients, and family members as well as themselves so they do not get caregiver burnout. With 10 years of experience, I hold all 3 certifications in careproviding, training and management. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and providing skillsets that will allow any caregiver to feel comfortable, safe, and able to care for someone comfortably in their home or at any facility. I prioritize open communication to identify different learning style and adapt my methods to suit your needs. When tackling complex clients or situations, I break problems into manageable steps to build confidence and ensure safety to both yourself and whoever you are providing care for. I can train in your facility, home or online. Watching confidence grow as a care provider is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping you grow as a confident care provider.
