Hi, I'm Gemma! I'm a caring, dependable, and thoughtful caregiver with experience supporting toddlers and young children. I genuinely love this age- the curiosity, imagination, and big feelings that come with it. I enjoy getting down on their level to play, read books, do arts and crafts, and encourage learning through everyday moments. I aim to create a calm, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids feel safe to explore, express themselves, and grow. I'm especially comfortable with morning routines and helping set a positive tone for the day leading up to nap time. I'm attentive to each child's individual needs and work closely with parents to support their routines and values. I'd love to connect and see if I could be a good fit for your family!
