About Garrett

I have been working at Hawaii public schools for several years now. I primarily work with autistic, ages 3 to 21. I have loved switching careers and working with kids. It beats the office anyday! I'm looking to earn some extra money and use some of the skills I've been developing the last several years. I'm happy to help academically where applicable in math, science, reading, and history. I love all things film, boardgames, video games, hikes, beach days, and surfing. I am very accustomed to playing with all manner of toys with the kids at the schools. I am a goofy and fun loving person but I'm also very aware of what it means to look out for a child's safety and well being. My weakest relevant skill is probably cooking! I can do simple things and don't mind it at all but I'm not up for any 3 star meals unfortunately.
