About Garan

I have a degree in psychology and extensive experience supporting students through tutoring, homeschooling, and classroom teaching. I homeschooled my children from kindergarten through 8th grade, guiding them through structured curriculum across all core subjects. I've also taught at a local Christian school and worked as a substitute teacher in the public school system. I specialize in helping students build strong foundations in reading and phonics, as well as elementary math. I provide one-on-one support, reinforce lessons, adapt materials to different learning styles, and help with comprehension, organization, and confidence building in a supportive, engaging environment.
