With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I assess individual needs by observing how a student interacts with new material, then adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I believe open communication with parents and students is essential to creating a collaborative, supportive environment. My greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult topic finally clicks. I am happy to travel to your home, a library, or a school to provide this personalized support.
