About Galit

Hello! My name is Galit ("gah-leet"), my pronouns are she/her. I am looking to find flexible but consistent work as I finish my Masters in Social Work. I have many years of experience in childcare with all ages (3wks-15y/o) as well as experience working with children with physical and cognitive disabilities. Additionally, in my MSW program I am interning as an adjustment counselor for grades pre-k through first grade. I am passionate about working with children and families of all backgrounds. Outside of this work, I have years of farming and landscaping experience, dog and equine training, pet/house sitting, cleaning and de-cluttering homes, and event planning/coordinating. Some of my personal interests range from drawing and crafting, playing 'old time' music on the banjo, walking and training my dogs, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (6 years), and growing vegetables in my garden.
