About Gail

I'm a passionate and experienced caregiver with a background in babysitting, nannying, and working in multiple daycare settings. I'm a certified elementary and special education teacher with 3 years of experience teaching special education preschool. I have 4 children of my own, ranging in age from 5-7 years old. I have experience as a foster and adoptive parent and have experience in trauma informed care. My work and parenting experience has equipped me with strong skills in behavior management, developmental support, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. I bring warmth, patience, and structure to every child I care for and I'm committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids can thrive.
