We hired Gabriella for our 15 months old very active little one. She came for 2 days when our regular nanny was out sick and then again on a weekend when we needed help. We wanted someone who believed in gentle parenting. Gabriella was on time, and I explained her how our daily routine is with the LO. She followed all the feeding times and nap time. She follows good hygiene. I am very happy with her style. My LO is used to soft lullabies for napping, and she was able to put my son to nap (on 3rd day) which i call as success because no other nanny (except my regular one) has been able to do that and we have tried a lot over the past months. I explained her what my LO likes, and she exactly did the same, and in no time, she was friends with my LO. I highly recommend her as a nanny. I myself will definitely call her if and when I need help.
