My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. With 5 years of experience, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I serve. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I provide care, run errands, prep meals, assist with light housekeeping, and encourage physical activity. I am a great walking companion! I understand the importance of clear communication and provide verbal updates, text messages, or phone calls, based on your preference. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, memory activities, and honoring their needs. I have some graduate school education. Having a car and being comfortable with pets, I'm ready to bring peace of mind and joyful companionship to your family. For now, my availability fluctuates so I am able to make a great substitute for someone and/or a great help for short term jobs.
