About Shauna

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. I am a physical therapist technician so I'm what you're looking for if your loved one is needing to add physical activity to their day, or just needs help increasing their mobility. It's disheartening to see seniors, especially veterans, without adequate support. I'm driven to assist those who lack family or help with everyday tasks. I'm compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and companionable. I understand the importance of clear communication with families. Building a connection means understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history. I love to hear their stories and chat. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I hold a college degree, have CPR and First Aid Training, and provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
