About Frederick

I have many 15 years experience working with all ages of students. I have taught many subjects social studies, life sciences, mathematics, English language arts, and students of all levels, special education included. I have sports experience with Olympic weightlifting, junior Olympic Gold Medallist, 30 year surfing experience, mtn biking and cyclocross, Organic Gardening, Organic Chemistry and Teaching in 3 States, Hawaii, Oregon and Seattle. I have experience cooking cleaning, Maintainance and Errands. I have driven professionally for Amazon and USPS. In addition, I have lived on Oahu for almost 20 years on the Waianae coast. In addition I have been a substitute teacher in the Leeward District and South Coast Oregon as well as Washington for the last 6 years. I enjoy interacting with the general public and am pleased to serve the local communities in a positive manner.
