Have provided services when a friends mother was several months away from hospice and then through the Hospice process. My mother-in-law was in Assisted Living for 10 years, developed dementia, cancer and entered Hospice. I have several long term clients that I provide services for on an as needed basis Responsible, reliable, have a good sense of humor, effective people skills and very patient. I take instructions very well and provide effective feedback. Versatile, solution-oriented and again RELIABLE. My experience includes Alzheimer's/Dementia, Parkinson's, hospice, assisting with mobility issues, CPR trained, feeding, medication prompting, companionship, physical activity, doctor visits etc. $30/hr, 2 hour minimum (+ mileage, tolls as appropriate.) References are available. Wife on Care. com should female services be preferred.

Frank has been incredible through a series of medical procedures that I had to go through over the past 6 months. He always shows concern over my progress and how I’m feeling. He does a lot of little things to make sure that I’m comfortable both in the car and in the facility that I’m being treated at. There have been a lot of appointments with long waiting times. We seem to have a lot in common and talk through all these times. He’s also been very helpful following surgeries and asks questions of doctors that are very helpful for me. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a care giver.
