I'm Francy, an Early Childhood Educator from Venezuela with 20+ years of experience supporting children and families through the most delicate stages of life. In the U. S., I've worked as a Montessori guide and nanny specializing in newborns and multiple births (twins and triplets), offering structure, warmth, and expert care. I focus on early stimulation, newborn care, healthy routines, language development, and helping families with key transitions such as breastfeeding to complementary feeding. Through intentional play, music, and sensory activities inspired by Montessori and child development research, I create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
