After my shoulder surgery, I wasn’t able to do anything - Francis was a godsend! She helped with everything: showering, washing and drying my hair, getting dressed (do you know hard that is when your dominant arm is out of commission?). She also helped me with some meal prep and always made sure I was comfortable, whether that involved propping up pillows to support my arm and shoulder, helping me get comfortable with the sling, or keeping the ice packs ready on a rotating schedule. She drove me to and from doctor appointments, and even took me for a much needed spa trip to get a pedicure when I needed some pampering. Francis is kind, gentle, honest, and fun, too - we had some good laughs together! I am so lucky to have discovered her, and am grateful for the excellent care she provided.
